The Challenge
The foundation needed an event that would impress high-net-worth donors while keeping costs reasonable to maximise funds raised. The space also needed to accommodate a live auction stage, dinner seating, and a dance floor.
Our Solution
We negotiated venue partnerships and supplier sponsorships to reduce costs by 30%. The layout was designed with a central stage visible from all tables, retractable auction screens, and a reveal moment where curtains dropped to expose the dance floor after dinner.
